All Wales Induction Framework Section 1: Principles and Values (Adults) Overview
This course will go through working within Welsh legislation, codes of conduct and practice while providing rights-based and person-centred support. It will also explain the importance of positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries at all times. You will gain an understanding of the importance of communication (including the Welsh language) in your role. Additionally, you will explore the importance of positive approaches and supporting individuals through change and transitions.
