Course overview

Over two units, we will look at what is meant by whistleblowing and who is protected by the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA) as well as what type of concerns would be considered a Whistleblowing disclosure. We will also explore who you should talk to and who can help you with your disclosure and concern. This course will also advise what should happen following a whistleblowing concern is raised, and what to do if it is not handled sufficiently.
