Safeguarding People in Wales (Group A) Overview
This course will provide you with an understanding of what safeguarding is and the safeguarding responsibilities that you have. It will also provide you with insight into the different types of abuse and their indicators.
You will be introduced to the legislation that underpins safeguarding and learn how to respond to suspicions or disclosures of abuse, including how to correctly record and report your concerns. This course has been written in accordance with The Social Care Wales National Safeguarding Training, Learning and Development Standards - Group A.
