Supervisions and Appraisals Overview
This course introduces learners to the purpose and process of supervisions and appraisals, including how they can be used to support staff performance, wellbeing, and development. Learners will explore how person-centred supervisions create space for reflection, improve communication between staff and managers, and contribute to better outcomes across the workplace.
