The whole process was handled brilliantly by Amy the team at My Learning Cloud and it felt very collaborative, we provided the team with some ideas on what we needed and some content which we would like to have included. The content we sent over was in various forms, written documents, emails, video form and screen shots, and the team at My Learning Cloud collated all the content and created a very excellent e learning course, which the homes have been using well.
It has been so much of a success that we are considering creating another course with the team.
After an initial meeting with the team at My Learning Cloud they were able to support me in creating a bespoke course for the staff team. They listened to my ideas, took them away along with materials I had given them and produced a course which looked professional and delivered everything I wanted it to.
