The ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) certifies companies on a set of requirements that an organisation must fulfill in order to prove the quality and effectiveness of its management systems.
My Learning Cloud has achieved the ISO 9001:2015 (Standards of Quality Management Systems) which is an international standard dedicated to Quality Management Systems (QMS). The QMS is the aggregate of all the processes, resources, assets, and cultural values that support the goal of customer satisfaction and organisational efficiency.
