My Learning Cloud have recently joined the Disability Confident scheme that offers support to employers, to make the most of the talents disabled people can bring to the workplace. 

The Disability Confident scheme is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and act to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people. The Disability Confident scheme aims to help employers make the most of the opportunities provided by employing disabled people, the scheme is voluntary and has been developed by employers and disabled people’s representatives. 

Commenting on the Disability Confident scheme, Steven Embleton, Chief Cloud at My Learning Cloud, said:
