This course will provide you with an understanding of what professional boundaries are and why they are necessary as a manager. It will also provide insight into how to approach “grey areas” as well as sources of advice and guidance.
You will be introduced to various scenario activities based on real-life situations to illustrate how professional boundaries might be crossed. Finally, you will learn how to identify when a professional boundary has been crossed and respond once you recognise this has taken place.
